THE ENGLISH UWK OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS 2016
The English UWK open championships were held in Sheffield on the 20th November. Most of the UK's top competitors took place in this prestigious event.
Ryan Williams and Lauren Gallagher represented the WKU and performed brilliantly with fantastic results.
Ryan took 3rd place in the 75-85kg kumite category and was also selected to represent for Karate Wales who fought against the English select team.
Lauren taking silver in the 15-17 year old open weight kumite.
